Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of
transformational leadership on work performance with transfer of knowledge
and organizational commitment as mediating variables. The sample to be
used in this research is the permanent employees of PT. Halley and Mellowes
Australasia (HMA) with 93 employees. The technique used in sampling is to
determine data sources based on certain characteristics which have the
characteristics and properties that have been defined in a data so that it can
run according to its function. Data is processed using SmartPLS software
version 3.2.9. The results showed that transformational leadership had a
positive but not significant effect on work performance,
transformational leadership had a positive and significant effect on transfer
of knowledge and organizational commitment, transfer of knowledge had a
positive and significant effect on work performance, and organizational
commitment had a positive and significant effect on work performance.
