Abstract

Abstract:
This research aims to analyze the influence of entrepreneurial knowledge, entrepreneurial motivation and entrepreneurial skills on the success of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Taman Menteng, Central Jakarta. The sample used in this research was 74 Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises. The data collection technique in this research uses primary data by distributing questionnaires in the form of Google Form to Taman Menteng MSMEs and analyzing them using Partial Least Square (PLS) which is supported by the SmartPLS 4.0.9.5 2023 application. The research results show that 1) entrepreneurial knowledge has not been proven to have a positive effect on business success. 2) Entrepreneurial motivation has been proven to have no positive effect on business success. 3) entrepreneurial skills have been proven to have a positive effect on business success.

Abstrak:
Penelitian ini bertujan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengetahuan kewirausahaan, motivasi wirausaha, dan keterampilan wirausaha terhadap keberhasilan usaha UMKM Taman Menteng Jakarta Pusat. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 74 UMKM. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dengan cara membagikan kuesioner dalam bentuk Google Form kepada pelaku UMKM Taman Menteng dan dianalisis menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS) yang didukung oleh aplikasi SmartPLS 4.0.9.5 2023. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) pengetahuan kewirausahaan terbukti tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap keberhasilan usaha. 2)motivasi wirausaha terbukti tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap keberhasilan usaha. 3) keterampilan wirausaha terbukti berpengaruh positif terhadap keberhasilan usaha.
