Abstract: This study aims to analyze the effect of food quality, physical environment
quality, service quality, and price fairness on customer satisfaction at KFC fast food
restaurants in Ciputra Mall, West Jakarta. The population in this study are
customers who have dined at the restaurant. The sampling technique used
purposive sampling with the criteria that respondents were 18 years and over, the
obtained sample size was 153 respondents. Data processing was carried out using
the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method with
the help of SmartPLS 4 software. The results showed that food quality, service
quality, and price fairness had a positive and significant effect on customer
satisfaction. However, physical environment quality does not have a significant
effect. This research makes an important contribution in improving the operational
and marketing strategies of fast food restaurants to increase customer satisfaction.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh food quality,
physical environment quality, service quality, dan price fairness terhadap customer
satisfaction pada restoran cepat saji KFC di Mall Ciputra, Jakarta Barat. Populasi
pada penelitian ini adalah pelanggan yang pernah melakukan dine-in di restoran
tersebut. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan
kriteria responden berusia 18 tahun ke atas, ukuran sampel yang diperoleh sebanyak
153 responden. Pengolahan data dilakukan menggunakan metode Partial Least
Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) dengan bantuan perangkat
lunak SmartPLS 4. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas makanan, kualitas
pelayanan, dan keadilan harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap
kepuasan pelanggan. Namun, kualitas lingkungan fisik tidak memberikan pengaruh
signifikan. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting dalam meningkatkan
strategi operasional dan pemasaran restoran cepat saji untuk meningkatkan
kepuasan pelanggan.
