(E) Abstract: The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of social
networks on UMKM performance, to analyze the influence of self-efficacy
on UMKM performance and to analyze the influence of entrepreneurial
orientation on UMKM performance. The method used in this study is a
quantitative method. The sample in this study was 130 UMKM owners in
Jakarta. The data analysis technique used was Partial Least Squares
Structural Equation Modeling. The results of this study indicate that social
networks have a positive effect on UMKM performance, self-efficacy has a
positive effect on UMKM performance, entrepreneurial orientation has a
positive effect on UMKM performance.

(E) Abstrak: Tujuan pada penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh
jaringan sosial terhadap kinerja UMKM, untuk menganalisis pengaruh selfefficacy

terhadap kinerja UMKM dan untuk menganalisis pengaruh
orientasi kewirausahaan terhadap kinerja UMKM. Metode yang digunakan
dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Sampel pada
penelitian ini adalah 130 pemilik UMKM di Jakarta. Teknik analisis data
yang digunakan adalah menggunakan Partial Least Squares Structural
Equation Modeling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa jaringan sosial
berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja UMKM, self-efficacy berpengaruh
positif terhadap kinerja UMKM, orientasi kewirausahaan berpengaruh
positif terhadap kinerja UMKM.
