Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of antenatal care service quality on patient satisfaction of pregnant women at Kasih Herlina Hospital, Sorong. Service quality is measured using five dimensions of the SERVQUAL model, namely tangibles, reliability, Responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. The research method used is a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional design. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires to 115 respondents selected using purposive sampling techniques. Data analysis was carried out using the Partial Least SquareStructural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) approach. The results of the study indicate that the five dimensions of service quality have a positive and significant effect on patient satisfaction. These findings provide managerial implications for hospitals to continue to improve service quality, both in terms of physical facilities, service accuracy, alertness of medical personnel, professionalism, and personal
attention to patients. This study also provides recommendations for further research to consider additional variables and qualitative approaches for a deeper understanding
