Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of motivation, self-efficacy, and social status on women's entrepreneurial interest in Jakarta. Women's entrepreneurship in Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) plays a crucial role in economic growth, especially amid economic uncertainty and high female unemployment rates. This study adopts a quantitative approach using a survey method, distributing questionnaires to 100 female entrepreneurs in Jakarta. The data analysis technique employs multiple linear regression using SPSS version 29. The findings indicate that motivation, self-efficacy, and social status collectively have a positive influence
on entrepreneurial interest. Individually, each independent variabelalso has a significant impact, with motivation being the most dominant factor in shaping entrepreneurial interest.
