Abstract
This research aims to study about key determinants affecting digital payment adoption in Jakarta, i.e.: confirmation, perceived usefulness, trust and customer satisfaction.
Combination theory of TCT and TBM were developed in this study, to examine how users’ trust in the security, reliability, and credibility of digital payment applications can influence their intention to continue using the application in Jakarta. This research uses a nonprobability sampling, using the convenience sampling technique. By collecting data through questionnaires, a valid sample was selected to be used in this study totalling 181
respondents. All respondents were respondents who lived in Jakarta, who used digital payment applications. After collecting the data required in this study, the data was then analysed using the Partial Least Square Method – Structural Equation Modelling (PLSSEM). The results show that confirmation, perceived usefulness, trust and customer satisfaction can affect continuance intention to use of digital payment applications positively and significantly. With the mediation factor in the form of customer satisfaction can fully mediate between confirmation, perceived usefulness and trust.
