Abstract

This study evaluates the influence of service quality, price, and hospital image on outpatient satisfaction at the Internal Medicine Clinic of RSD K.R.M.T. Wongsonegoro, Semarang. A quantitative approach was used, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to outpatients using purposive sampling. Multiple linear regression analysis was employed to examine the impact of independent variables on patient satisfaction. The results show that service quality, price, and hospital image significantly influence patient satisfaction. Service quality has a coefficient of 0.252, T-Statistics of 2.602, and a P-Value of 0.010; price has a
coefficient of 0.263, T-Statistics of 2.672, and a P-Value of 0.008; and hospital image has a coefficient of 0.256, T-Statistics of 2.186, and a P-Value of 0.029. Although hospital image has a slightly lower contribution than service quality and price, all three variables play a crucial role in enhancing patient satisfaction. These findings highlight the importance of improving services, setting appropriate prices, and managing the hospital’s image to enhance patient
satisfaction.
