Abstract

Employee loyalty is one of the elements that contributes to the overall performance of an organization. The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of Internal Service Quality and Corporate Image on Employee Loyalty with Job Satisfaction as a mediator at XYZ Animation Film Company. The data sources in this research are employees in the animation division of Company XYZ who have worked for more than one year. The data collection instrument used was a questionnaire distributed online via Google Forms (GForm). The total number of respondents in this study was 93 respondents. The sampling method used is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling techniques, involving 93
respondents. Method used to analyze the data was by applying the Partial Least SquareStructural Equation Model (PLS-SEM). The results indicate that Internal service quality and corporate image have a significant positive effect on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on employee loyalty, and corporate image also has a significant positive effect on employee loyalty. However, internal service quality does not have a
significant effect on employee loyalty. Nevertheless, job satisfaction can mediate the effect of internal service quality on
employee loyalty, as well as mediate the effect of corporate
image on employee loyalty.
