Abstract
h is the most important thing for every individual. Patient satisfaction is one of the indicators in determining the quality of service which can influence the patient's interest in returning to the hospital.This type of research is descriptive with a cross-sectional approach. By using 22 indicators which, if multiplied by 5, require 110 respondents, the total sample for this study is 110 outpatients at K.R.M.T. Wongsonegoro Regional Hospital. Data collection
techniques in this research are observation, questionnaires and documentation. In this study, a Likert scale was used, namely an ordinal rating scale which is usually used in creating questionnaire scales. In this research, data analysis was carried out using the Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-sem) method.
