Abstract

This research aims to determine planning strategies in organizations through strategic decisions, formulas/methods, and resource allocation.. As a palm oil producer, PT SMART Tbk realizes that it is necessary to ensure efficiency, quality and sustainability throughout the supply chain to produce high quality products for international markets in agronomy, foodstuffs, oleochemicals and bio-energy. Therefore, a guide is needed to achieve the above
targets through the GSEP (GAR Social and Environment Policy) policy as a form of commitment from stakeholders. In this case, the H.T.M.L (Historical, Tendency, Mapping, Looping) framework process is described as a step of managerial capabilities that plays an important role in the development of information system technology to encourage equal access to GSEP (GAR Social and Environment Policy) in PT SMART Tbk. This research uses a DSRM (Design Science Research Methodology) approach. The results of this research show that the practice of Historical, Tendency, Mapping, Looping (H.T.M.L) as a framework occurs as an illustration of strategic steps in developing the GSEP (GAR Social
and Environment Policy) policy system technology. In addition, it produces recommendations fora website-based information system "SMARTLEARNING” in achieving equality and socialization of GSEP (GAR Social and Environmental Policy) policies.. Through the development of the GSEP information system, it is hoped that it can also encourage equal distribution and socialization of sustainability practices for all operational lines of PT SMART tbk
