Abstract

This research was conducted to analyze whether service quality affect patient satisfaction, especially in RSUD RAA Soewondo Pati. This study uses analytic research methods with a cross-sectional approach. There were 235 samples selected using consecutive sampling technique and analyzed using PLS-SEM. The study results indicate that service quality affects non-BPJS patient satisfaction in outpatient and inpatient care. This finding indicates the importance of maintaining service quality to ensure patient satisfaction, both from the administration, nurses and doctors as well as facilities in the hospital.
