Abstract

The development of the Covid-19 pandemic has changed many aspects of human life, including the world of work. Since the discovery of the first cases at the end of 2019, this pandemic has spread around the world, causing significant changes in the way humans work. The purpose of this study was to determine
the effect of post-Covid-19 work implications on employee performance and the effect of post-Covid-19 work implications with the role of industry 4.0 on employee performance. the population that is the focus is all employees who are members of the Infrastructure Division 1 and Infrastructure Division 2 at the
company's head office, with a total number of employees of 100 people. The samples were taken using the slovin formula so that a total sample of 50 respondents was obtained. Furthermore, this study was analyzed using the SmartPLS 4.0 program to test the validity and reliability and analyzed using Multiple Regression Analysis. Then use the outer model analysis and inner model analysis. The results showed that there was no significant effect of the work from home, virtual work environment, job insecurity
variables and industrial technology moderation variables 4.0 on the performance of employees of PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk
