Abstract
This research aims to examine the influence of organizational commitment (X1), information technology(X2), and employee development (X3) on employee performance (Y) moderated by the title of a regional integrity zone free from corruption at the DJKI (Z).
The 2022 DJKI Performance Report states that there is still output that has not been achieved optimally according to what was desired. This happens due to various factors. Apart from that, every year DJKI continues to carry out bureaucratic reform in the WBK and WBBM as a form of maintaining the WBK predicate and to realize the WBBM predicate. In previous research, there were still inconsistencies in the results of the relationship between X1,X2, and X3 on Y, so it was necessary to test several variables that influenced Y of DJKI. This research used a questionnaire method which was tested on respondents selected through a
purposive sampling method of 120 officials and employees. The selected sample consisted of officials and employees who had worked for more than 4 years and had experienced the changes from DJKI before receiving the WBK designation until finally receiving the WBK designation. The data analysis method uses quantitative methods which are processed using the SPSS version 27. The results of this research show that X1 has a significant effect on Y, X2 has an insignificant effect on Y, X3 has a significant effect on Y. Variable Z as a moderating variable strengthens the variables of X1,X2, and X3 on Y within the DJKI environment
