Abstract

In the Indonesian automotive market environment, eco-friendly cars are increasingly gaining attention in the midst of global concern for environmental issues and climate change. The gap in this research can be seen from previous research which shows an
insignificant relationship between consumer environmental concerns and purchase intention of electric vehicles and previous research shows no significant relationship between incentive policy measures and trust in the purchase intention of environmentally friendly electric vehicles. This research method is through a survey of 300 respondents using purposive sampling and variance-based SEM method analysis: PLS-SEM. The
results show that consumer environmental concern, monetary incentive policy measures, and perceived value have a significant influence on ECO-friendly car purchase intention, with trust as a mediating variable. However, there is insignificant relationship between trust towards purchase intention, and the mediation of trust is insignificant.
