Abstract
During the Covid-19 pandemic that is currently happening in the world and also in Indonesia since the beginning of 2020, it has changed all the activities and habits of employees in a company. Covid-19 has greatly affected the health and work patterns of the Indonesian people. To break the chain of spread of COVID-19, the government implements a Work from Home (WFH) policy for all companies and hopes that employees can adapt to the pattern of the work from home system. The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is an influence of organizational culture and organizational commitment on employee performance mediated by Work from Home. The research method used in this study is a quantitative research method. The results show that organizational culture and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and after being mediated by Work from Home it can be concluded that organizational culture still has a positive and significant effect while organizational commitment has no positive and significant effect on employee performance.
