Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of work ethic, work environment and compensation on employee performance. This research is conducted at PT. inlingua International Indonesia. The type of collecting this data is primary data because the data acquired by spreading questionnaires to 50 employees of PT. inlingua International Indonesia as the respondents. The analysis methods are simple regression and multiple regression test. The result of this research showed that work ethics, work environment and compenstaion have influence on employee performance.
