Abstract

"This research is a quantitative research with an objective to analyze the degree of influences of the employees’ self efficacy (SE) and perceived organizational supports (POS) to the employees’ readiness for change (RFC). The number of participants is 174 employees of PT H – a pharmaceutical manufacturing . Using multiple regression method the result which indicates that SE and POS contribute 16.3% to RFC whilst 83.7% is influenced by other factors. The result of a calculation using partial correlation method when POS was controlled indicates that SE and RFC have some degree of significance even though the correlation coefficient is not that high medium. On the other hand, when SE was controlled the result indicates that correlation between POS and RFC is negative. "
