Abstract

The Objective of this research is to know about the different of Organizational Commitment and Work Engagement of permanent employee and contract employee in ‘X’ company. Organizational commitment are emotional attach and self identification with the organization. Work engagement are positive situation, satisfy feeling, and that job they do is related to condition that are define by vigour, dedication, and absorption in workplace. Subject of this research are permanent employee and contract employee in ‘X’ company. Quantitative design is used in this research with research quistionnaire to collect data. The result of this research is, generally, there is a different between organizatoinal commitment and work engagement in permanent employee and contract employee in ‘X’ company.
