Abstract
The purpose of this study is to find out whether there is a relationship between work and work done to achieve the right results. Participants in this study were employees of Bank X Mangga Dua branch who worked for at least 1 year (N = 60). Data collection is done with 3 measuring instruments namely; performance measurement tools, quality of work life, and two measures of interest. The analysis used in this study is Spearman's legal test. The results showed that the dimensions of the work culture of quality of life, had a positive and significant relationship to performance. The results show that there is a positive and significant relationship between the dimensions of work life quality, namely the dimensions of work culture towards performance on employees who have a high interest in their work. Interested employees (enough interest) and employees who are not interested in anything mobility have no relationship with the employee. The results show that there is no significant relationship between mutual interest and performance in the fund / credit section. There is a positive and significant relationship between the suitability of interest and performance in the employee's operational department.
