Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the impact of motivation and training on employee performance at PT Bank Central Asia Tbk Sahid Sudirman Residence South Jakarta branch. The number of the samples used in this study were 50 respondents. Method in this study is using descriptive method with quantitative research and used questionnaire to collected the data. This study use software SmartPls version 3.2.8. From the results it was found that motivation and training had a positive and significant effect of employee performance.
