Abstract

The purpose of this research to determine the effect of capital structure, cash holding, profitability, board size, board independent and firm size to firm value. This research uses 234 data from 78 sample of manufacturing companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the year 2018-2020. This research used EViews version 12. The result based on t test indicate that only profitability has positive effect on firm value. Furthermore capital structure, cash holding, board size, board independent and firm size hasn’t effect on firm value.
