Abstract
ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perbedaan kinerja keuangan sebelum dan pada saat Covid-19 perusahaan properti dan real estate yang tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia dari tahun 2018-2019 sebelum Covid-19 sampai dengan tahun 2020-2021 selama Covid-19. Metode pemilihan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dan desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif. Jumlah sampel yang terpilih adalah 196 sampel dari 49 perusahaan properti dan real estate yang diolah menggunakan Microsoft Excel dan Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) ver.26. Penelitian dianalisis menggunakan Likuiditas dengan proksi Cash Ratio, Profitabilitas dengan proksi Return on Assets dan Solvabilitas dengan proksi Debt to Assets Ratio. Hasil dari analisis dan penelitian menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan kinerja CR, ROA dan DAR sebelum dan saat Covid-19. Kata Kunci: Covid-19, Kinerja Keuangan, Cash Ratio, Return on Assets, Debt to Assets Ratio ABSTRACT The aim of this research is to determine the differences in financial performance before and during Covid-19 of property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2018-2019 before Covid-19 to 2020-2021 during Covid-19. The sample selection method used was purposive sampling and the research design used in this research was descriptive research. The number of samples selected was 196 samples from 49 property and real estate companies which were processed using Microsoft Excel and Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) ver.26. The research was analyzed using Liquidity with the Cash Ratio proxy, Profitability with the Return on Assets proxy and Solvency with the Debt to Assets Ratio proxy. The results of the analysis and research show that there is a difference in the performance of the CR, ROA and DAR before and during Covid-19.
