The main challenge facing human resource management is managing workforce diversity. Companies often have groups of people of different genders, ages, and educational backgrounds. Managing this diversity requires an approach that is fair, inclusive, and allows each individual to make their contribution. Therefore, it is important to unite diverse workforce backgrounds to contribute to increasing work productivity and the company's vision and mission. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of organizational culture, transformational leadership, and work motivation on the work productivity employees of PT Diandra Karya Mandiri. The sampling method in this research was taken using saturated sampling, all employees of PT Diandra Karya Mandiri was used as the sample in this research. This research had 40 respondents. The data obtained and processed using Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM – PLS) analysis with the SmartPLS 4 application. Tantangan utama yang dihadapi manajemen sumber daya manusia adalah mengelola keberagaman tenaga kerja. Perusahaan sering kali memiliki sekelompok orang dari jenis kelamin, usia, dan latar belakang pendidikan yang berbeda. Mengelola keberagaman ini memerlukan pendekatan yang adil, iknlusif, dan memungkinkan setiap individu memberikan kontribusinya. Oleh karena itu, penting untuk menyatukan latar belakang tenaga kerja yang beragam untuk berkontribusi dalam peningkatan produktivitas kerja serta visi dan misi perusahaan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi, kepemimpinan transformasional, dan motivasi kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan PT Diandra Karya Mandiri. Metode pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini diambil dengan menggunakan sampling jenuh, yaitu seluruh karyawan PT Diandra Karya Mandiri digunakan sebagai sampel dalam penelitian ini. Penelitian ini mempunyai 40 responden. Data yang diperoleh dan diolah menggunakan analisis Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM – PLS) dengan aplikasi SmartPLS 4.
