Abstract
ABSTRACT Jason - 115200225 The Influence of Self-Efficacy and the Lecture Environment on the Entrepreneurial Intensity of Students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Tarumanagara University The aim of the author's research is to examine the influence of self-efficacy and the lecture environment on entrepreneurial intentions of Tarumanagara University Faculty of Economics and Business students with the mediation of leadership, planning, risk taking, social skills and innovation. The author's questionnaire was filled in by 200 respondents with a sample size of 170 respondents via Google Form in the 2018-2023 class. The results of the author's answers were processed using Smart PLS 4.0. In the author's research, each indicator has a positive and significant relationship, but the moderating variable entrepreneurship education on leadership, planning and risk taking has a negative and significant relationship. The author hopes that in future research there will be research that discusses the moderati ng influence of entrepreneurship education on the relationship between leadership, planning and risk taking in the Faculty of Economics at other universities and that entrepreneurship education can instill these values. Tujuan dari penelitian penulis adalah untuk menguji faktor yang mempengar uhi intensi berwirausaha mahasiswa/i Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bis nis Universitas Tarumanagara dengan mediasi kepemimpinan, perencanaan, pengambilan risiko, kemampuan bersosialisasi dan inovasi. Kuesioner penulis di isi oleh 200 responden dengan banyaknya sampel 170 responden melalui google form pada angkatan 2018- 2023. Hasil jawaban penulis diolah memakai smart pls 4.0. Pada penelitian penulis setiap indikator yang ada memiliki hubungan positif dan signifikan, namun untuk variabel moderasi pendidikan kewirausahaan pada kepemimpinan, perencanaan dan pengambilan risiko memiliki hubungan negatif dan signifikan. Penulis berharap agar pada penelitian berikutnya terdapat penelitian yang membahas pengar uh moderasi pendidikan kewirausahaan pada hubungan kepemimpinan, perencanaan dan pengambilan resiko pada Fakultas Ekonomi di Uni versitas lainnya dan agar pendidikan kewirausahaan dapat menanamkan nilai-nilai tersebut.
