Abstract
Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan, Manajemen Pengetahuan dan Kemampuan Inovasi Terhadap Performa Organisasi Kafe Di Bogor. Bogor merupakan salah satu kota destinasi wisata kuliner di Indonesia, salah satunya dalam industri kafe. Seiring dengan meningkatnya persaingan dalam industri ini, pemilik kafe perlu memahami bagaimana faktor-faktor seperti gaya kepemimpinan, manajemen pengetahuan, dan kemampuan inovasi dapat memengaruhi kinerja dan keberhasilan operasional mereka. Penelitian ini mengadopsi pendekatan kuantitatif kausal dan menggunakan teknik convenience sampling. Peneliti mendapatkan 31 responden. Data responden yang telah terkumpul akan dijalani analisis menggunakan teknik Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dan diolah menggunakan perangkat lunak smartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen pengetahuan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap performa organisasi. Sementara itu, kapabilitas inovasi dan gaya kepemimpinan tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap performa organisasi. The Influence of Leadership Style, Knowledge Management, and Innovation Ability on Cafe Organizational Performance At Bogor Muhammad Basit Alhafiz Dr. Sarwo Edy Handoyo, S.E., M.M., CIFM. Universitas Tarumanagara Abstract This research aims to analyze the influence of leadership style, knowledge management and innovation ability on the organizational performance of cafes in Bogor. Bogor is one of the culinary tourism destination cities in Indonesia, one of which is the cafe industry. As competition in the industry increases, cafe owners need to understand how factors such as leadership style, knowledge management and innovation capabilities can impact their operational performance and success. This research adopts a causal quantitative approach and uses convenience sampling techniques. Researchers got 31 respondents. The collected respondent data will be analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) techniques and processed using smartPLS software. The research results show that knowledge management has a significant influence on organizational performance. Meanwhile, innovation capability and leadership style do not have a significant influence on organizational performance.
