Optimal performance is able to take the company in a better direction. In achieving good performance, efforts are needed to create job satisfaction for employees. By achieving job satisfaction, employees will feel happy doing their work so that it will produce optimal performance. Several factors can increase employee job satisfaction, including work environment conditions and organizational culture. Motivated employees tend to be able to develop their potential to achieve better job satisfaction. This research aims to determine the influence of organizational culture and work environment on employee job satisfaction at CV Printograf. This research uses a questionnaire to obtain primary data. The sample of this research was 50 respondents using purposive sampling technique. The data analysis method uses the Structural Equation Model method in SmartPLS version 4 software. The results of this research show that organizational culture and work environment have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. It is hoped that the results of this research can be used as suggestions and help companies to pay more attention to employee job satisfaction in the company. Kinerja yang optimal mampu membawa perusahaan kearah yang lebih baik, Dalam mencapai performa yang baik, diperlukan upaya dalam menciptakan kepuasan kerja bagi para karyawan. Dengan tercapainya kepuasan kerja, karyawan akan merasa senang dalam melakukan pekerjaan sehingga akan menghasilkan kinerja yang optimal pula. Beberapa faktor yang dapat meningkatkan kepuasan kerja karyawan, di antaranya adalah kondisi lingkungan kerja dan budaya organisasi. Karyawan yang termotivasi cenderung mampu mengembangkan potensinya untuk mencapai kepuasan kerja yang lebih baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan di CV Printograf. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner untuk mendapatkan data primer. Sampel dari penelitian ini sebanyak 50 responden dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Metode analisis data menggunakan metode Structural Equation Model di dalam software SmartPLS versi 4. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat digunakan sebagai saran dan membantu perusahaan untuk lebih memperhatikan kepuasan kerja karyawan di perusahaan.
