Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of Job
Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment on Turnover Intention, with Work Engagement as a mediating variable at PT ABC. The research method uses a quantitative design with a cross-sectional survey approach. A survey method was used to collect data, with questionnaires distributed to fifty employees. The relationships between variables were tested through multiple linear regression
analysis using SmartPLS version 3.0. The results show that factors such as Job Satisfaction and commitment to the organization do not have a significant influence on the desire to leave work. In addition, job involvement serves as a mediating factor that shows the relationship between Job Satisfaction and turnover goals. The novelty of this research lies in internal factors such as Job
Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment to Turnover Intention at PT ABC, Work Engagement as a mediating variable plays an important role in reducing employee Turnover Intention because without being mediated by Work Engagement, Job Satisfaction cannot reduce Turnover Intention
