Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of Learning and Development, Reward and Punishment, and Work Motivation programmes on the quality of Human Resources at PT Tira Austenite Tbk. Research uses descriptive research methods with
a quantitative approach to obtain consistent results from each variable. The data is obtained by distributing questionnaires to employees via the Google form media. The study was tested using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) technique with the Partial
Least Square method. (PLS). Then analyzed using Smart PLS software version 4.0. From the test results, it was found that the variable Learning and Development, Reward and Punishment had a positive and significant impact on the Quality of Human
Resources of PT Tira Austenite Tbk. While Work Motivation does not have an effect on the quality of human resources. Thus, it is important for PT Tira Austenite Tbk to continue to develop these three variables in particular Work Motivation so that the improvement of the quality of Human Resources can support the achievement of the company's goals.
