Abstract

The development of financial technology has brought significant changes to the global financial industry. In the era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0, fintech simplifies and accelerates various financial transactions, increases the accessibility of financial services, and promotes financial inclusion. This study aims to explore the factors that influence the adoption of financial technology among generation Y and Z in Indonesia. This study uses a quantitative approach by collecting data through an online questionnaire from 301 respondents. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the help of Smart PLS 4.0 application. The results showed that Perceived Usefulness,
perceived convenience, Social Influence, and attitude have a significant and positive influence on the intention to use financial technology
