Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of work motivation, organizational culture, work environment, and organizational commitment on the job satisfaction of chemical industry employees in Cilegon. This research used a sample of 117 respondents using purposive sampling, where the model chosen was permanent employees of the chemical industry in Cilegon who had a minimum work period of two years with a minimum
education level of high school or vocational school. The data collection technique was done by distributing online questionnaires via social media via WhatsApp Messenger and Insta Story (Instagram). The data analysis method in this research is a quantitative method using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). This research shows that work motivation, organizational culture, work environment, and organizational commitment positively and
significantly affect the job satisfaction of chemical industry employees in Cilegon.
