Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the factors that influenced the use of digital wallets in Indonesia. In this study, the factors are Ease of Use, Promotion, Security, and Social Influence use of the digital wallet. The data source comes from the results of questionnaires distributed online to 100 respondents from January – May 2022 and analysis using SMART PLS. Based on the study results, it can be concluded that the ease of use factor significantly affects the use of digital wallets in Indonesia. Promotional factors significantly affect the use of digital wallets in Indonesia. However, the security factor does not significantly affect the use of digital wallets in Indonesia. Social influence factors significantly influence the use of digital wallets in Indonesia. Keywords: Digital Wallet, Ease of Use, Promotion, Security, Social Influence
