Abstract
This study aims to determine the influence of corporate image, perceived value, and customer experience on revisit intention with customer satisfaction as a mediating variable.
The sampling technique used in this research is non-probability sampling, specifically purposive sampling. The respondents who were sampled in this study were 151 customers of Bengkel AHASS Sukses Jaya. The data analysis tool utilized in this research is SmartPLS Version 4. The results of this study indicate that corporate image, perceived value, and customer experience do not have a significant influence on revisit intention. Corporate
image, perceived value, and customer experience have a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on revisit intention. Customer satisfaction can mediate the influence between corporate image, perceived value, and customer experience on revisit intention. The results of this study provide practical contributions to the management of Bengkel AHASS Sukses Jaya in developing strategies to improve customer satisfaction as the main factor in encouraging revisit intentions. Management is advised to consistently develop services to meet and even exceed customer expectations. The implications of this study are important in supporting efforts to improve customer loyalty with business sustainability amidst highly competitive
competition from official and unofficial workshops.
